Brenna Marissa Collacchi

Brenna was a light in everyone’s life. In the very short 21 years she was with us, she impacted our lives forever. She was the best big sister we could have asked for. From a very young age, Brenna took care of anyone in her path. Whether it was her little sisters, friends, coworkers, customers, animals, or even her parents; her nature was to watch over them all. Throughout school, Brenna became friends with everyone and anyone. I was always known as Brenna’s little sister. In high school, I would always find Brenna in the hallways with a group of friends around her laughing and having fun.

Brenna was the prom queen senior year of high school and the captain of our varsity dance team. Everyone looked up to Brenna and I constantly went to her for advice on anything. She always knew exactly what to say and how to deal with things. On top of that, she was responsible. She always acted like an adult and was responsible with her money, her job, her duties, and her actions.

On February 18th, 2017, Brenna was involved in a fatal car accident due to a drunk driver. It crushed our hearts into a million pieces that will never be put back together again.

It is hard to cope with not being able to go back in time and stop this from happening, so instead, we want to prevent this from happening to anyone else; especially those like Brenna. Someone’s brother, sister, mom, dad, husband, wife, etc. If our message makes just one person think twice about drunk driving, then our mission is accomplished. Drive Fucking Sober is harsh because it’s time people listen and apply this message.

Nobody is invincible. "Just one drink" or "home is just a couple minutes away" does not exclude you from the impact that alcohol or drugs can do to your brain while driving. Too many people have been killed from drunk drivers and it’s about fucking time reality kicks in and people drive fucking sober.

- Lynsey Collacchi, Brenna’s Little Sister

"This year our family had some bad losses; the people lost are greatly missed. Our first Christmas without them was hard, but we thought about who we still have and we're thankful to be with the ones we love... Forget and Forgive. Love Is Forever."

Brenna Forever Legacy Fund (More Details To Come)

Our goal is to give back to the community the way Brenna would if she was here. Brenna loved people and helping others. We want her legacy to live on and leave a positive impact on others.

*Brenna Forever Legacy Fund is not a 501(c)(3) as of September 2024. We hope to have an IRS designation in the future.
